What is eWheelGo?
eWheelGo is an electric bike rental service in Pune, built for delivery riders, gig workers, and fleet operators. Our bikes use battery-swap technology instead of plug-in charging, so you are never stuck waiting for a battery to charge.
How does the battery swap technology work?
Instead of charging your bike, you simply swap your depleted battery for a fully charged one at any partner swap station. It takes just a couple of minutes, so you can get back on the road instantly.
How many swap stations are available?
There are 75+ swap stations across Pune, powered by our swap partner Indofast Energy, so you are never far from a quick battery swap.
How much is the security deposit?
Just ₹1,000 — one of the lowest security deposits for electric bike rentals in the city.
Is there a kilometre limit on rentals?
No. eWheelGo offers unlimited kilometres, so you can ride as much as your work requires without extra charges.
Do I have to pay for maintenance?
No, maintenance is free. Every bike is regularly serviced and kept in good running condition at no extra cost to you.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Our pricing is transparent — no hidden fees beyond your rental plan and the ₹1,000 refundable security deposit.

What documents do I need to rent a bike?
You will need a valid government ID proof, address proof, and a valid driving licence.
